This showpiece is a splendid example of early 20th-century craftsmanship (Belle Époque) and is in excellent condition. A highly detailed, hand-repoussé pastoral scene. A romantic couple in nature, surrounded by sheep, depicted in lively relief. The dish has an elegant openwork rim, decorated with classical motifs such as putti (cherubs), floral garlands and rocaille elements. Marked with 830 S (83% pure silver), a hallmark of high-quality Scandinavian or German silverware. In good antique condition.
